Ingredients of Dolgano Coffee
- You need 2 tablespoons of coffee (i use nescafe gold).
- It's 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- It's 2 tablespoons of water (hot/warm).
- Prepare 3/4 of full cream milk.
- It's of Ice cube as you want.
Dolgano Coffee step by step
- Mix coffee + sugar + water (1 : 1 : 1), stir it with whisk or mixer until become a solid/thick foam and the colour changed to be gold shades..
- Pour the milk to the glass with ice cubes (3/4 of the glass).
- Put the gold coffee foam on the top of the milk make it full and you can add topping as you like..
- And the Dolgano Coffee is ready to serve.
